Game (RCS insurance)

I have been retrenched 28 Feb 2024, sins then I have send in my documents to Game RCS and did submit it my self 27 May 2024 at Game store in Welkom, sins then I have not received any feedback regarding the insurance on my Game Store card. Please assist me with this Etienne Coetzee, ***
