Game RCS Card app

I have a Game Card I transacted using the Game app this app was working fine then a decision to upgrade was taken but the facial recognition is not working and when reported no one could help it is a year later now this app has not worked and I keep on being referred to ***** department which they send same link tht is not friendly logged complaints via email and call center no help I don't have words to describe the manner these consultants handle the complaint
