Game and Rcs worse service ever app not working 2 weeks

For the past 2 weeks the Game Rcs app has been showing Error and not working. My mother who is old and not tech savvy wanted to pay her account called the call centre on the *** and spoke to Kira she was not nice and seemed annoyed at having to help us she explained nothing and we had to figure it out on our own. We wanted banking details and a link was sent that wasn't the details that was the xds it's a system to verify who you are that took 45 minutes 3 links to finally work but by this time we were out of airtime and we still haven't been able to pay our account worse service ever very disappointed.
