Double deduction

In Sep 2025 o failed to pay my game loan R 2447.33 I was called to make payment arrangements to pay the arrears in 3 months. On the 24th of Oct 25 paid R816 as per agreement, plus the normal deduction was also debited of R2447.33. On the 14 Nov 25 I paid R816 plus the normal deduction was also debited of R2447.33. In Dec I was called to arrange a debit order for my last payment of the arrears, that would be included on my debit order, an amount of R3366.16. on the 19th of Dec 25, R3366.16 was debited on my account, that was the last payment of my arrears including my normal debit amount. On the 29th Dec R2447.33 was deducted AGAIN. When I contacted the loan department to ask why the double deduction I didn't get any assistance. I have sent an email the same day to enquire, I haven't received a response.
