Dishonest credit listing by RCS Group - Builders warehouse Midrand

on the 23 July 2025 I made a payment of R3000 into my builders credit card for R3000. To this day the payment has not been updated. Mass Builders has now listed me as having missed payment for July 2025. This has impacted my credit score and decreased it by 2 points. I have been trying to resolve the matter with them since the beginning of August. I gave sent various emails and what's apps with the proof of payment however I am being taken from pillar to post. I tried calling them today and a very rude coloured lady hung up the phone on me after we had a screaming match which she started. The lady told me that it's not their problem as RCS that Builders Warehouse did not deposit the money into the correct account and I should follow up with them at the store to rectify the error. How possible is it that RCS as the head of builders is not able to get thier store to rectify the matter even with the proff of payment proivded to them and why should my credit score be affected by their incomeptence and poor service. I am beyiong livid and also consiering to close off my account.

To any one who is considierin to get any RCS store card, do yourself a huge favour and stay away from that group. They will treat you like ******* once they have your money.
