Disgusting service😡😡😡😡😡i want my money

Disgusting servise, i paid a settlement fee to this people and they told me I have an amount due to me and they asked for my acoount to refund, they refunded me R202. 58 on the 08/11/2024to my surprise on the 25/11/2024 they decided to debit R247.58 why they did that I am glue less,,,,, i sent an email to them asking why was I debited no one came back to me, when I call them they hang up,,,, yoooh what a poor service... I want my money ASAP
