Disgusting Service because 1 payment has been missed.

I missed my payment the begining of this month. They refuse to conform by the National Credit act and call me up to 7 times a day, starting at 6AM and sometimes ending at 11PM. They refuse to let me talk to a manager.

I have emailed and also told them that I missed 1 payment and it will be paid end of the month. Yet they refuse to stop harrassing me. I was told by 1 consultant that "I must go a head and lay legal charges. It wont go to court as I owe them money".

I am DISGUSTED by the complete lack of education by their consultants and how they try to intimidate you. Next step is having my attorneys send a cease and desist letter and then laying ******** charges against them.
