I app**** for An RCS card and was told I don't meet the criteria. On my query to this an application was done without my knowledge for a queen's park store card and approved.

I have been looking. For queen's park and found it on the 23/08/2025.

As usual you get sent from one person to the other. Eventually to a supervisor. The disregard for clients is out of this world.

Regardless of my explanation the supervisor still maintains that the application was done by me. I explicitly mentioned that I have never app**** for a queen's park store card. My application was for RCS card. Further it was mentioned that it will be flagged as not app**** by myself and that a new application was done. I have stated my position that my application must stand as per previous application.

1. When I was engaged the application was for RCS. 2. All calls is recorded for quality and security, however this calls is manipulatively utilized to serve RCS only and not the clients. When this records is required non whatsoever will be provided 3. RCS NEVER PROVIDED AN ASPECT OF CREDIT THAT I DO NOT MEET. 4. HOWEVER THE REVISED APPLICATION CHANGED THE PRODUCT TO QUEENS PARK. QUITE A COINCIDENCE. 5. THE DEALINGS WITHIN THE ORGANISATION IS SHADY, MANIPULATIVE AND DISCRIMINATORY. 6. I DO QUALIFY FOR THE RCS CARD AND THERE IS NO VALID BUSINESS REASONS THE APPLICATION WAS DECLINED.
