Good Day

I settled a my credit card facility last year in October 2021 but my account still shows that I'm 7 months in arrears. Lat month I reported this matter here at this platform and I was told my issue has been resolved. Even up to today I still don't have paid up letter from RCS and I have not received a single call from anyone. My process of getting my family a house has been delayed by this.

Can someone please assist me.
