I have a Game account which I paid up to date on my previous statement.Then I get my latest statement with a charge for interest vat and CPI of R10.70.Then your Manager Fikile tells me I will pay interest on the account untill I inform you I paid my final settlement then Lettie insist I must pay that amount.So to my understanding I will be paying interest on interest on interest even tho I paid my full account.I think that is ****************.I must say your staff Fikile and Lettie is *********** as they resolved the issue by sending me statements which I could have drawn from my Game App.My I.D number *** STOP *****ING FROM ME AND RECTIFY MY ACCOUNT.Fikile got no customer service my phone call costed more than what you want to ***** from me R10.70 because Fikile could not resolve my query in decent manner.
