Customer service? Where??

There should actually be a zero-star rating. The lack of customer service from your website, your call centre staff and your chat-bot is ridiculous.

My husband is trying to get a settlement letter from you, and has tried multiple times today alone, to get through to a call-centre agent, and when he eventually got through, the agent apparently could not hear him.

We have also used the Contact Us option on the website, but there's not indication as to when he will be contacted. This is urgent.
