Credit card *****

My name is Keamogetswe Muller I have a RCS CTM credit card, today I noticed on my February monthly statement that there are two transactions that where done using my card to buy at Incredible connection on the 3rd of February 2023 and it was two transactions one for the amount of R3999 and R3199 what surprises me is that I have never been at that store on that day and I always have my card with me at all times. And every purchase that I make using that card I always get a notification but with this two transactions I did not receive any notification! I send in an email to notify them regarding this matter immediately when I saw my statement but I haven't received any response. Kindly assist as I'm struggling to get assistance regarding this matter
