Card replacements/updates

I einquired with RCS if I can use my store card for online purchases.... "Sure you can" they responded. Only issue is that I still have probably the very first card that RCS offered since their existence. The card does not have a pin and needs to be updated. Sure... I will update my card but according to their call centre, the only places that can do that is GAME, MAKRO and Builders of which is not accessible to me where I live (Vryheid KZN). I am definately not doing a 260km round-trip just to get a new card. This is truly pathetic. They don't even offer a courier service for card updates/replacements for customers in outlaying areas.
