Bad Service .....

"Dear RCS Loans,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the way my account has been handled. Despite paying the settlement amount agreed upon to close my account, I received another SMS reminder today stating that I owe more money. This is unacceptable and appears to be a tactic to intimidate and scare me into making further payments.

I request that you investigate this matter and take immediate action to correct the error. I have fulfilled my obligations by paying the settlement amount, and I expect my account to be closed. I will not be threatened or coerced into making unnecessary payments.

I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
