8 days later with no payment resolution???

I accidentally made a payment into your Standard Bank account but using an old card reference number, Coricraft which you RCS don’t affiliate with any. I have asked since 27 June 2023 if RCS can transfer the funds to the General Purpose Game card. Proof of payment and ID copy has been sent. I have called for 7 days begging for help and keep getting the same response, “please send Proof of Payment and we will process the payment “ but no one comes back or nothing gets done. I spoke to Supervisors who said they will sort it out and still nothing!!! This is disappointing to say the least! Is there anybody that can help me with this?!?!?
