15 000 Refund dated 17 May 2023 and still have not received any help

Hello, had wrote to hello Peter regarding last year around April concerning the double payment that was made on the 17 of May of 15000.

I had a Builders warehouse RCS credit card, due to financial difficulties there was installments missed and my account was handed over to Easton berry attorneys

Okay was given an account number to make payment of which I did! and called the attorneys and was told they couldn't find any payment and I must make another payment of 15000 and they would refund me the 1st payment made.

Have spoken to Nokukhanya bhengu, Cetyiswa Bobi for RCS with no assistance, they requested proof of payments of which it was sent to them.

Last email I sent to Bobi Cetyiswa was on the 2nd of May 2024 and I'm still waiting for feedback from her. But again nothing.

This I a 2023 case of which when I call RCS customer service non of them is able to assist me the only thing they will do is transfer me from one department to another.

The shocking part is they got paid what was owed to them. Now I must be refunded my money and no one know anything now.

My question is they had requested proof of payment since last year May and still have not received any assistance from them. I have all evidence towards this matter the only solution I have now is to involve the police cause clearly RCS Is robbing me.

I'm an elderly heart patient customer who is very stressed since 15 000 I a lot of money as a pensioner.

RSC, Easton berry attorneys, Nokukhanya bhengu and Cetyiswa Bobi must all sort this matter out and get someone to attend to this matter
