They dont care for people with old bikes

I am appauled at the service. I paid R3800 for wire loom and the bike doesnt work. I have asked, called, emailed and nothing from them. They tell me I must go to them when my bike doesnt even start! I must be expected to pay to transport my bike there at my cost when they are the ones who have failed... I truly think this company doesnt care at all about people who have old bikes. Very dissapointed and financially ruined because i cant get to customers. i am going to sue them financially for R1000's
