Request for Refund Follow-up – R279

I initially purchased ceiling materials for a total of R14,000. I later returned to add another sheet, but upon further assessment, I discovered that the ceiling materials were sufficient. As a result, I requested a refund of R279 for the additional item.

Despite several attempts to follow up, I have not received the refund. Furthermore, when I try to contact the store, my calls are either ignored or the line is abruptly disconnected, which has been quite frustrating.
