Very Disappointed with the quality of service form RCM Letting

RCM Letting has some properties listed that are not listed with any other real estate company.

As instructed I sent an email and then later a whatsapp enquiring about viewing a few of these properties, for 9 days there was no response to my email or whatsapp.

I called the number I first whatsapp, Zola Buthelezi, the phone was answered in a very unprofessional way ,she asked me to send her a whatsapp to her number, which I did for the second time.

Zola said that she will check with ‘Nick’ and get back to me.

Zola never got back to me so I called RCM Letting asking for someone else who can help me as Zola is not being helpful at all, RCM Letting provided me with Nicholas Buthelezi’s phone number.

I tried calling and later sent a whatsapp regarding the propery that I would like to review, it has been a few says with no response from Nick.
