RCM letting raslouw ridge AKA PORTA Preperty Group

I rented a house in Raslouw ridge. The house had cracks in every room, kitchen, along the stairs, bathrooms and rooms... When I moved out I received a R 4500 invoice to repaint the house. I disputed the amount but they refuse to answer my emails with regards to my objections. Furthermore they invoiced me for a call out for some one to have a look at why my geyser was tripping the units power. I was renting this property. Why Should I be held liable for that? Today was the last straw. I received an email stating, If I don't pay their statement amount, or accept the full statement amount, they will be taking legal action tomorrow. So that is 1 days notice. and without them replying to my objections. This is pure bullying tactics and very aggressive. I urge anyone moving into Raslouw Rigde or Raslouw Manor to be aware of this company. I have lodge a complaint with the Rental Housing Tribunal as well so they can investigate this company.

Lets see if justice will be served by the Tribunal.

But please please please. This company does everything in its power to use all your deposit and more to "renovate" the home after you move out and just make you pay for it as a ex tenant.
