The worst rental agency ever, when I moved into their property it had damages that they promised to fix them later after I move in. When I moved out they claim that I am responsible for the damages that they did not fix when i moved in the same place. One of the rental agent said to me their agents will make the new tenant to sign the inspection list with damages knowing that when you move out the'll come back and say you have to pay for the damages you found it the property because you have signed the inspection list, this cruelty is done so agent's sales can go high for more commision , this is *****.
