I had a horrible experience with RCM Letting, when I moved in the Agent didn't bother to conduct a full inspection and the unit was not cleaned prior to me moving in. The day I moved out, they assigned a different Agent to conduct the exit inspection, I was made to pay for things that I found broken. RCM Letting claimed to have lost the original inspection document so we couldn't compare notes. If you want to save yourself money, ensure that the inspection is done properly and take pictures of the unit and the inspection document. Keep emails of everything because they will deny ever receiving any communication from you.
