Day light ******ry with deposits

I rented a place in Kosmosdal with RCM Letting. When I moved out suddenly i need to renovate the house, it seems, taking most of my deposit to fix things that I found broken. Being charged R2 550 for painting and R650 for some "deep cleansing" which was never done when i moved in amongst things that I found broken. Besides the house was hardly in any condition!!

Be very careful with them. In my many years of renting in different places, I had never come across such....pathetic
