I have had the worse experience with this company and do not recommend anyone deals with these guys. They were given the job to add a new extension to my home. They had their workers come out to work with no supervision at all at my home. Even though it was stated that they would have someone onsite to manage the project. These guys come out to give you a quote. They give you the best possible quote. Once you make a deposit and give them the job then the problems start. They had requested 50% up front and continuously asked for payments keeping us at a disadvantage because they will stop work if you do not pay. They damaged my paving, left leaks on my piping and could not even install the sewer pipe correctly. And that is the major issues. I had so many arguments with them over what they agreed to and what they did not agree to. Absolutely horrible experience. Now we have to fit the bill of the excessive water usage and sort out all the problems because we trusted them and was taken for a ride. This is for a company based in Malmesbury, Cape Town.
