rcl making poor quality cat food not fit for any consumption

Bought a packet of feline cuisine cat sachets when opened looked awful black gravy and about four pieces of what looked like something black certainly not fish send the sachet back to pick and pay rep has not collected and no reply from them on whattsup or email shocking service
