Pathetic and Apauling Service.

On 7 December 2023, my family and I went to the Kempton Park Factory outlet to purchase a few items, which my daughter on a few occasions did. On arrival at about 15h00, we had to wait in a queue, where there were about 30 waiting. The reason for the wait I was later informed that that staff were given first preference to purchase. I was astonished. We the customers waiting, and here staff are buying. We as consumers open you doors. Without us no business. By the way no management was around, the security guard was ordering the customers what to do. Pathetic Behavior. Service disgusting. From a Reputable company line RCL FOODS. Please use management not security guards.
