Lack of customer service by RCL Foods

My cat uses Feline Cuisine as a staple food source. Of late, she refuses to eat same so I had reason to find an alternative source. I contacted RDL food and received a reply from them. The complaint was that there is no way to test the cat food unless i buy either a 1,75 or 2kg bag which is very expensive. to ascertain whether the cat does not like it or not, The person that answered my email did not answer the question rather he gave me his company's excuse, that being they cannot manufacture sample packets because of packaging constraints, meaning that they are perfectly happy for cat owner to buy produce that in all likely will go to waste. Secondly, in his reply, the person clearly patronized me and I take umbrage to that,
