Somebody held the steak...in this pepper steak pie

I recently purchased a Pepper steak pie to be surprised that steak is no longer apart of this pie. its just filled with pepper gravy only. I had contacted RCL foods and logged a complaint. got a reference number and was told an customer service rep will be in contact shortly. When doing a follow up today, I was told by the agent, that they probably forgot about my complaint and will send them an email to remind them, and she cut the call. Is this how RCL foods deal with customer complaints?? what the purpose of wanting customer feedback if the department forgets to contact customers about it. It seems that the big brands of SA, no longer care about South Africans consumers.
