Three seeded rusk boxes sometimes contain up to about 30% of broken rusks that don't appear to have broken in the box but from production processing. Tried to inform them, but all I get is an automated e-mail reply, end of story. Now buying Woolies rusks, more cost-effective. I should not be paying for broken rusks.
