**** quality dog food and they still make human food too. Makes me wonder

I am really ****ed by this as RCL foods still want to rob me. As well as takeallot this **** does not sit well with me.

I have been dealing with your staff. I spoke to a lady yesterday. She never informed to keep the infected dog food. It is unhygienic to keep infested stuff. Both for my health and my pets health.

Now I must suffer a loss of 3 bags, I am not able to guess what your processes are as nothing is there to educate me as a client.

So I would like this resolved by today as I am not taking this laying down.
