Poor quality Piemans Pies and no response from RCL customer care

On 7 March I purchased two Prime Steak Piemans Pies. The meat that was in the pies was terrible. They were tough and chewy and most certainly not Prime Steak. I emailed RCL Foods immediately with my complaint and again a few days later. They have not even had the decency to respond to my email.

Pies are not cheap anymore and I have been a loyal customer of Piemans for over 20 years. I am bitterly dissapointed.
