Excellent service!!!

We buy one of their Pet food brands, Feline Cuisine, which our cats love but sadly a batch of the Salmon flavour made them sick. The same day as the complaint was filed, they got back to me, and within two days the stock was collected for analyses and 2 FREE 4kg bags delivered! Well done guys! Ramon who we dealt with and the driver - were both very friendly too! The whole experience was an absolute pleasure! Thank you.
