Bad pies

I bought 6 of your piemans pies at the cornor bakery at the Engine garage in De Bron Cape Town. I bought 1x pepper steak, 2x prime steak, 2x cornish and 1 double burger pie. Let me start with the pepper steak and prime steak, the pastry was so thick and the filling was just some gravy and 1 piece of meat that was unedible. Could not be chewed. It was aweful we threw the majority away as its just pastry. The cornish pie had no filling. And definatly no vegetable. A very thick edge of hard pastry. So u end up eating a tiny piece of the centre of the pie. And the burger pie is like eating bully beef only worst and has no cheese or sauce. Your oues were always the best at engine garage now they are the woest. Did u guys change your recipe? At R22 a pie i expect better quality. Its alot of money to throw away.
