horrible service and not even getting back to a client

i have been placed in debt review and seeked help yo clear My name i paid R3000 RCH Legal and they have done nothing for me i want my monwu refunded from this company. Companies should not be able to ger away with ripping people or *****ing from people who is asking for help this ia not on action needs to be taken against this company
