I opened a Trading account on the 26th of July 2024 and realised I had opened it under the incorrect Currency Band, so as a result I was advised to withdraw the money I had already deposited and open a new account using US, but I was told my profile was incomplete amd I needed to verify my documents so I tried to upload my ID and proof address but the system kept saying pending for two days until I sent support an email, they got back to me said I should send them my account confirmation letter I did and the next day when I checked my balance the money was gone , the support consultant told me to send him a TT number I asked him where I could find that on the system he did not respond to my emails it's been almost two weeks now 😞 still waiting for my money I swear I would never recommend these guys their a ****
