Unprofessional and *****

JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS J I noted that a debit order for JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS J of the Amount R-1.984,73 was deducted of my account. I have never given permission for this debit order. After visiting my ABSA branch I was informed it was moneys deducted from my Cheque account into Credit Card account. This was never authorized by me. I was informed to contact the Credit Card department and make arrangements. To date i have had no feedback from ABSA again. I need this moneys reversed into my account immediately and would appreciate feedback from ABSA on this matter this is theft/***** will allso consider if I will stay or move from banks this money you took was for my bond payment.
