Report JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS J I noted that a debit order for JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS acc number ********** 48806 Amount R3039. 72 was deducted of my account. I have NEVER given permission for this debit order. After visiting my ABSA branch I was informed it was moneys deducted from my Savings account

This was never authorized by me.

I need this moneys reversed into my account immediately AND would appreciate feedback from ABSA on this matter. Easy to say "contact us, make arrangements etc", but then you get NO feedback, money just get taking out of your account. I am seriously considering moving my account. Terrible customer service
