******* MONEY PIRATES

I am utterly disappointed with ABSA / RCCS BOS being unprofessional and *******. I have a personal loan with them and agreed to pay R2000 per month. In December 2023 they did a journal debit of nearly R9000. ABSA could not help me " as it was the attorneys RCCS BOS" who did this. I was at a ABSA branch for 2 days on a phone trying to sort this out, never happened. Apparently I must phone EVERY MONTH to organise this amount. At that time a looked after my mentally ill husband and was exhausted. I do not have the mental strength for S*()& like this. So now, 4 weeks after my husbands death, I get another surprise of nearly R14 000 out of my account with journal debit. NOTHING was discussed with me, I have NO knowledge that they are going to simply ***** my money from my ABSA account, and ABSA allows it? I will not leave this here. I might be a small fish in the sea but my account is as old as water, I bought my house through them, etc. I am changing my bank and my friends with their fat investments are going to do the same. I am not a vindictive person, but I have had enough of people that, in rather SERVING their customers are indeed MONEY PIRATES who are without moral values.
