Debit from my account without authorization from me that is unacceptable

Am very unhappy with absa bank I've loved absa but now am very disappointed in them unauthorized my account without my permission I want my money back into my account they deduct +-500 from my account and say I owe 4700 for what ?

I want answers to my account with immediate response
