Bad service and threats

RCB racing had a special on their dyno tuning i had taken my car for a dyno tune where they had done the dyno and a repair on the alternator as it was not charging i went to collect the car, something wasnt right i could feel it i then called in to let them know that the distributor was loose and how did they tune the car if the distributor was loose, JJ told me to lock it at 10° advance and why did i call in because now his in trouble and i was supposed to get a hold of him directly. He then told me to bring the car back i then took it back where it made even less power and torque than the first time and was even worse then before (1st time 80.1KW and 142NM) (2nd time 73KW and 133NM) and was told that the diktator was running on 50/50 vaccume and TPS as i know that it cannot run like that. Since the first dyno I've been getting stuck and the vehicle misfiring then i then asked for a refund for my dyno as it was not right and had to take it to my usual tuner and had to pay again. The guy Peter told me over the phone that if i have a problem i must come to his shop and tell him to his face (threatening me) their customer service is poor and he tells me that the car was fine on the dyno (according to them) also i didnt argue with them when they said that its supposed to run on TPS and vacume as i knew that i could no longer trust them and thats the reason i didnt go back. On the dyno sheet shows that the car was dynoed for 7 minutes. The car then went to my usual tuner which took 1and half hours on the dyno and got it right where it made 142NM and 82.3kw (112HP) and is only running on TPS now all we did was disconnect the vaccume and dyno again. Also the TPS wasn't even calibrated as my tuner had infromed me and showed me that it wasnt even calibrated.
