17k for nothing

Took my car for an throttle conversion. Supp**** all parts need for the conversion. A TPS had to be wired in which was not done, they drilled holes into my throttles which was unnesecary as throttles does not accumalate enough vacuum for system to work. The guy told me its a week then the car would be ready, almost 3 months down the line and lots of money i had to go and tow the car away.
