Ray Nelson owner of RC Renovations is a *****

The owner is a Ray Nelson, very smooth operator. He did a building job and cant be contacted to fix snags and fix bad workmanship. He has also not paid his outstanding account which amounts to quite a few thousand rand. He has blocked all his cell numbers and has cancelled email addresses and vacated his private residence. He operated in Cape Town when this happened and use to work in JHB. This is really poor as it gives the building industry a bad name. I have had to get another builder to fix the bad workmanship, which has cost a lot of extra cash which we did not have.
