R C Kitchens rips off elderly couple

My parents, ages 60 and 72 had been saving funds for many years in order to renovate their kitchen. After doing some research, they found that Roy Chetty of R C kitchens had offered them a good value for money. he had also portrayed himself to be a trustworthy man of integrity. Full payment was made to Roy prior to completing the job. It took Roy an entire month to complete the job after having installed the incorrect color granite despite him being informed. Some of the doors have dents and aren't aligned the second set of granite which was installed has multiple stains and blotches and is severely damaged. It is now week 6 and my parents have been inconvenienced. Roy refused to take our calls and attend to the matter. We have had opinions from other companies that the granite installed are reject pieces sold at a much cheaper price. Its absolutely disgusting knowing that people could actually take advantage of defenseless elderly folks. Apart from R C Kitchens having very poor workmanship, being totally unreliable and unprofessional they are also a *******. I would never recommend them to anyone.
