Exceptional service

In a country where service, in general, is very poor, it really feels nice to find people that still gives exceptional service. I posted an enquiry on the RC Hobby shop website which was answered within a day by Melissa Roney from the hobby shop. She answered all my 110 questions, gave my alternatives and even send me links to You-tube videos to help explain my queries. The ordering process was easy as she made up my order and provided a payment link. I did not even have to do it myself. Delivery was within 2 days with every component, I ordered, individually bubble wrapped. Melissa you are an absolute STAR, and thanks for making me feel special.
