Unprofessional and poor customer service

I ordered 5 golf T-shirts and 3 skorts on the 15th of December 2023 and. It arrived on the 18th of January and I was not happy with the Golf T-shirts the emblem was too big , I had to beg to return it and get it fixed which they eventually agreed to fix. I sent it back on the 19th of January and still haven’t received them back. I tried following up and I was getting ignored everyday and I still am. I eventually asked for a refund which I haven’t gotten back till today 13 February 2024!!! They are not picking up my calls or texting back!!!
