R.C Bosman Plumbing CC

Bosman plumbers was called in to do an inspection etc for certification, I have had them before for this and repairs, where very good then. The time before when they did an inspection a small problem was fixed in a WC by the same plumber doing the inspection, then a certificate was given at a flat rate of R550. This time round the plumber came, two shower tapes in the outside shower needed sealing. He went and another plumber was sent to do a 10min job, certification given, but I was sent a bill for six hundred rand and then five hundred and eighty seven rand total being R1187. Not acceptable, the first plumber should have done the work, total *******. Also the one staff member has very bad attitude. This is not good business practice and I do not accept this behaviour. I will not be recomending them again as I used to as clearly they are no longer as ethical as they used to be, apart from a staff member needing training on how to deal with peoples complaints
