Poor service, ill-equiped and problems unresolved

RC Bosman plumbing were called out to rectify a water pressure issue at my premises in December. The person who came to fix the issue, took over an hour to identify the problem as a dirty PRV, 20 mins more to clean out the PRV and a charge of R900 labour for 1.5 hours was to be paid immediately. 2 weeks later the problem came back and was rectified by an alternative supplier who after two weeks has not charged for the fix as they would like to ensure that the problem is rectified according to my expectations.<br> <br> The situation was explained to the operations manager at RC Bosman as a courtesy to advise how service calls should be handled, the response was that RC Bosman is a big company and can't afford to meet the customer service levels of smaller companies. <br> <br> My recommendation then is to rather opt for smaller companies like Patrick Conderan plumbing than RC Bosman.
