Terrible service

Unbelievable so this broker is depriving me of my right to fix my vehicle with a panel beater of my choice that is not affiliated with any insurance due to my profession. It is my legal right to fix my vehicle wherever I want and that will not be deprived Please be careful of such insurance brokers RBS (risk benefit solution) after years of being with them this is what I get a runaround.
