RBS Insurance Broker

I insured my Iphone XS for the value of R22000 and every year my policy would be renewed with the necessary changes however I then lost my phone and claimed for it and RBS is only giving me R8000 for the replacement phone bare in mind the replacement they based the value on is a Iphone 11 in which the Iphone 11 is still available in stores for R11000 and they cannot tell me where they came up with the amount of R8000 they cannot show me proof of communication that the actual replacement value is is for the Iphone 11 they basically forced me to sign the AOL saying the case will be closed if I don't sign it that means that I will get nothing for my lost Iphone so I had to just settle for the R8000 it is truly sad that customers are treated this bad and I had to even run after them for my own claim it's terrible I do not recommend RBS for anyone
