Non existent service

<p>Their service has dropped the last few months. Quotes take AGES to get done, when I phone, there is no one there, or I get told by a lady that clearly doesn't know what is going on in the store, that someone will phone me back. DOESN'T HAPPEN!!!!! WHAT HAPPENED RBS?????? Clearly something has happened and people don't know how to run a business anymore. Either this or they are making so much money that they can afford to lose sales!!!</p>
